Upon entering the store and browsing we were offered a hot beverage. Marc gave us appropriate space to browse before approaching us for advice rather then scaring us off with pressure to buy. Marc was friendly and chatty during the pruchase process making us feel at ease.

There was a good balance between allowing us to look around ourselves and then offering to help. We didn't feel uncomfortable or rushed. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The quality of the service. A collegue named Chazz helped us and we were really impressed by Chazz's manner, professionalism and knowledge of the products. No pressure and we really did feel that we were able to ask questions along the way and not feel hounded. Chazz also worked out the prices of different combinations of products quickly and efficiently. A large part of the reason we bought the bed from dreams was because of this as we didn't actually feel that we were going to get better customer service anywhere else. The product is also excellent and fitted perfectly into our budget.

I was greeted by Mark and offered a drink - which was an excellent cup of tea - he listened to me, my requirements and about my painful back. He showed me the alternatives I said I was interested in and we discussed the pros and cons! The Tempur mattress I tried was very comfortable but I felt was out of my budget, even with finance which he explained was interest free! I settled on the Therapur Acti Gel Divine 800 D Mattress which I found very comfortable. I also bought the Manhattan D bed frame, 2 Therapur cool pillows, 3 fitted sheets and Matress Protector. I left feeling very happy with my purchases which Mark helped me out to my car with!
