When I visited the store in Worthing I was greeted by Mark who was not only knowledgeable he spent the time to explain fully the products suitable for my requirements, even made me coffee. Excellent service all-round not only in store but also the delivery guy's. Well done to you all & many thanks.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful and understood our needs for the type of product we were looking for. They spent a lot of time explaining the product to us and helping us make the right choice, also we did not feel rushed into making a decision straight away.All in all it was a very pleasant experience and we would highly recommend shopping at Dreams.

I knew what I was looking for before entering the store. Once in store I was approached by the sales advisor asking if I was okay to browse or if I needed any help. The bed frame I wanted wasn't in store but I was shown the screen and we searched for what I wanted with the advisor. He was extremely helpful and found everything I wanted to purchase.

Staff very welcoming, whilst choosing bed/mattress we were offered tea/coffee which i thought was really nice. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable making whole experience very easy. Would definitely recommend to friends or shop again for next purchase
