The amount of products in the showroom, the way we were able to look round on our own then ask for help when we needed it, the knowledge of the staff about the various products, and the offer of a drink.

Whilst we wanted to purchase a new mattress we visited your Worthing Branch with a view of just looking at to gather information. We were met by a very friendly lady by the name of Chaz who immediate acknowledged that we had only just started to look and whilst we had no end of questions about the products and infact we had no idea what we were looking for her friendly advice, knowledge and experience of actually owning Tempura Mattress made out buying experience a really pleasureable experience. Chaz was not pushy in any way and as I am in Sales myself I could see that whilst she obviously was there to make a successful sale it was carried out in an extremely professional manner and in a way that we felt we were being "sold" to but in a way that we felt our business was very much appreciated !! First Class Service all round

The knowledge of the assistant who helped us choose the bed and 2 mattresses we purchased, also the variety we had to choose from. The reduction of the price due to your percentage off the products was good news.

Good service and advice. I was hoping for a quicker delivery though. I was very pleased with the product insurance at a very reasonable cost. I am unable to say much about the mattress I have bought until sleeping on it for a bit, that said very pleased to see a 40 day exchange plan.

The staff on duty were friendly and helpful - not in your face trying to sell you everything. We were shown several different types of mattress and encourage to try them out. We shown all options by a very helpful and friendly member of staff.

I entered a bright, well laid out store and mattresses/beds were easy to assess. A friendly, pleasant assistant was able to give me the information I required and I soon made a decision as to the mattress which I would like to order. The assistant provided me with a mattress protector and completed the paperwork efficiently - I then signed where appropriate. She was most helpful re. delivery dates and all in all represented your company in an excellent manner.

Trevor was helpful, knowledgeable and very efficient. He explained everything very clearly and I could not rate him more highly.

We found the staff to be friendly and very knowledgeable with all the products. Nothing was too much trouble for them. All in all a very happy shopping experience.

Arriving at the shop we were made very welcome offered a cup of coffee.trevor packham the manager at Worthing was not pushy left us to decide which I found very refreshing I will be back as our other bed needs upgrading in the future.Trevor also knew what he was talking about very genuine.
