A very clear voice over the phone they new exactly the product I required every thing right to the point.

The assistants were very welcoming and knowledgeable - not pushy in any way and explained things very well. We were able to see a 4 foot bed - which really helped as we wanted a smaller double. The mattress that we chose was amazingly comfortable - perfect construction of memory foam top with a sprung mattress base. The choice of headboards was very good - nice selection and colours and we were able to 'mix and match' the mattress, divan base and headboard and have it all in the same fabric. Excellent service - the bed is being delivered on 17th June - a lot less time than quoted by others! Lovely young man served us - we would definitely return - many thanks.

From the moment I entered the Dreams store in Worthing I was greeted by a friendly and professional member of staff called Chazz, who was very knowledgeable regarding the quality of the beds on sale, the materials of the beds and delivery times. Once I had made my decision regarding choice of bed I enjoyed a cup of tea during the ordering process and everything was carried out in a relaxed and professional manner. To add to the enjoyment of my visit I was given a free pair of pillows to use on my new bed. What more could a customer ask for.

I was in a real hurry and as I entered the store (as soon as it opened) I was immediately asked if I required assistance, to which I replied ' I have 30 minutes to buy a bed'. I think we were all done in 20 minutes and I found exactly the sort of thing I was looking for. Happy days!

I arrived at the store late when they were closing up, yet they made me feel very welcome and offered me a coffee, also FOC mattress protector. overall great services and friendly and i was in a rush so the speed i was able to order a lovely bed and still get home in time to put my kids to bed was perfect!
