Our sales advisor Chazz was fantastic. She offered help more or less as soon as we walked in, without being pushy. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. But most of all she listened to our requirements and advised us accordingly.

The excellent attention given to me by Trevor your shop assistant/manager?.The availability of mattress I required ,also offered a cofffee and if I required any other requirements i.e. Pillows bedding etc , a pleasure to receive such good service which can seem to be very rare these days

Was asked if we needed assistance straight away. Asked if we wanted a cup of coffee while we placed an order. Trevor was knowledgeable and very friendly.

The sales person was very friendly and polite however he was the only person on duty that day in the store so although we got great service the other people that were looking around probably didn't. He was very patient with both myself and my mother.

We fell in love with the bed we bought we went to another store nearby to have a look and wasn't impressed so we went back and bought the bed we first saw.

Went straight into Dreams at Worthing, spoke to Trevor and told him what we were looking for and he explained all the details and showed us exactly what we were looking for. Everything was extremely straight forward and Trevor was very efficient. Would certainly go back and purchase next time. Thank you.

Friendly, helpful, informative sales assistant without the 'pushy salesman' techinique. I.e. no pressure.

When we went to visit Worthing store, we only wanted a mattress. The member of staff that showed us around was very informative and save dus a lot of time. She offered is a drink and was not too intrusive at all. This made the experience comfortable as often i find that staff are sometimes too pushy to make a sale. This was not the case.. she gave us the facts and left us to look around.
