Shop assistant quickly realized our daughter has special needs. The bed was for our daughter so she was involved in the choice. The shop assistant treated her with respect, made allowances for her and didn't talk down to her at all.

WE WERE VERY IMPRESSD WITH THE TIME AND ATENTION SHOWN TO US BY CHLOE, THE SALES ASSISTANT WE DEALT WITH SHE HAD A VERY GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF THE PRODUCT , DID NOT PRESSURISE US AS AT ALL AND KNEW WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR SHE ALSO HAD A FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL PERSONALITY

Very friendly, greeted us as soon as we arrived. Answered every question we had. Was offered a tea or coffee and I found the staff very approachable

The staff were helpful and available for questions without being intrusive or pushy. The assistant explained the products clearly and offered us a cup of coffee before leaving us to browse at our own pace.
