The customer service was great. I visited the store 3 times: first time to look. I had extremely good assistance from Chazz - she was very patient and spent a lot of time helping and advising me on the different mattress choices and allowing me to try each one. The second time was a follow up with queries about my first choice and was able to answer all my queries, which helped me make a final decision - a different choice! The third visit later that day was to actually purchase. Unfortunately Chazz wasn't on duty but had left my details with her colleague Mark, who was expecting me. He again was very helpful and made the final process of ordering and payment very easy - especially with the delivery process. They made a very good team and made my visit to the store very enjoyable. they were friendly and their good customer service made me want to go back, and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone - and go back if I ever need another mattress! Well done!

Our visit to Dreams was perfect. We were attended to by Chloe (5) who had a pleasant manner seemed most knowledgeable but was not over powering. Our visit became a pleasure.

Web site was terrible. In store the staff were brilliant both of the guys took time to listen and explain what was best for my needs. Was offered a hot drink, they Could not do enough. If only every business had as friendly staff. They also had great humour which made me feel at ease. Dreams should be proud of their WORTHING branch. A big thank you to the guys

My mother being 97 was not rushed in any way while trying several beds. We were given assistance with choosing a bed that would be suitable for her. Nice staff to deal with.
