The staff at your worthing store were very courteous, they knew not to pounce as soon as we walked through the door. The staff knew their products and were quickly able to show us the products in our price range and the type of mattress we were looking for . we were even treated to coffee and biscuits. wonderful assistance from a gentleman called Mark, a very satisfying and smooth transaction with the purchse procedure, and the product was exactly the item we were looking for. Will be sure to revisit "dreams" when we require any future bedding products.

Chanelle was very helpful, wanted to server us ,which is a rare commodity these days.

Chanelle greeted us straightaway explaining the easy colour scheme for various types of mattress eg. Soft, medium etc. we were offered a coffee or tea. We were left alone to choose but she was available for further assistance if we needed it. Upon choosing our mattress the ordering system was quick and easy. Even though we only bought a single mattress the service we received from Chanelle was as though we had spent a fortune. Thank you. No doubt we will return in the future. Lovely shopping experience.

The atmosphere in the Worthing branch of Dreams was excellent. Every member of staff had a smile for us and greeted us individually. We received first class service from Mark. This is the best store we have been and received such welcoming service in a long time. Well done.

The staff got the balance between being attentive and giving us time and space spot on. Did not feel pressured, which is important to me. Also served excellent coffee! Everything was explained fully and professionally but with a friendly touch.
