Dreams - Worthing

The salesman Trevor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about his products. He tried a wooden Headboard behind the bed we liked so we could see how it would look. Fortunately he did because we purchased a different headboard. My husband is not a shopper. He found this a painless and enjoyable experience and feels he will got exactly what he was looking for.

Friendly without being patronising. Knowledgeable without being pushy.

Trevor and his colleague were very friendly. Gave detailed knowledge of the product we were interested in without the pressure of a hard sell. Very impressed with the overall experience.

The Worthing store is not too big but had a good range of mattresses to choose from without the feeling of being overwhelmed with choice. The sales assistant did not push herself on us but was available and efficient when I asked questions. Despit being part of a chain of shops there was still a feeling of individual service and that the staff really wanted to help which is often missing from big companies, a welcome change. Thank you

Mark was our salesman, he let us walk around at ease,and was there when we needed him.He explained about the mattress advising us which was a better one,able to try beds.We even got a coffee. Your salesperson was very knowledgeable about the products, was in attendance but not 'hovering' and checked the price of our chosen items, against the listed price on the system. Having checked the prices, unasked, we were informed that the advertised price, showing in the store was actually more than the price showing on the system.
