Firstly we looked up what we wanted on line and had a web-chat which was really helpful. Then we went into shop to see colours. We were going to order on line but assistant (Chas) was so helpful we placed our order there. Then after order completed I changed my mind about the colour. I was given your Customer Services number and rang up and colour was changed with no problems at all. Really impressed all round. Thank You.

Very friendly staff who whilst explaining all the options and acknowledging the superior quality of the more expensive options didn't try the hard sell. I wanted the economical option with an emphasis on labour free delivery and construction and he recognised this. I had been in a neighbouring store where the assistant tried to steer me to high end products and I left.

Chloe was very helpful and gave us any information we asked for.

After researching, testing and looking at many mattresses in different stores we decided that the comfort, style and overall appearance of the Dreams Lambert King Size mattress coupled together with it's reasonable price (not show stopping but very competitive all the same) and interest free payment option was the perfect fit for us. Our second visit to Dreams was therefore to complete the order and finance the balance of the price after making a deposit. The assistant was very professional, polite and a likeable man. It was very easy to place the order and complete the finance details.

When asked the assistant was able to look up what mattress we had had previously so we could base our purchace on that. The beds were well displayed with information on each and placing the order was relatively fast.

We were greeted by a member of staff called Chaaz on entering the store. We told her of our needs and she immediately directed us to what we wanted. She was fully convesrant with the stock of the store. She fully explained the 'pros' and 'cons' of the product. We placed our order which she did efficiently. We then mentioned a future possible purchase as she was equally as helpful. A credit to the company (Ps and we got a cup of coffee!!)
