Good advice, knowledgeable sales person

Having bought items from the Dreams store in Worthing before we knew that we would be dealt with in a professional manner. We were looked after by Chazz who was very patient with us. She had a good understanding of the products and was able to match the mattress to our needs. Chazz everything was explained very clearly.

the young man, Trevor immediately came to greet us on entry and passed a few general comments before enquiring what we were looking for. He was helpful then invited us to look around and did not hassle us. He was ready to speak to us when we had questions. I also enjoyed a lovely cup of tea in a proper mug....not plastic as in some stores

Good efficient service

We received a friendly welcome in the store by Manager, Trevor. After looking at various beds Trevor explained the differences and answered all the questions we had quickly and efficiently. Good coffee too, thank you. Having made our selection the ordering process was easy and painless. Delivery dates offered in good time and in accordance with our wishes.

The sales assistant, Mark, was extremely helpful without being overly 'sales' orientated. He provided us with the information we needed and gave us the time to consider our options. Actually all the staff in the Worthing store were really helpful and friendly - we couldn't have asked for a better service!

We were very impressed with the friendliness of the assistance so no hard sell and very polite.they also gave us free coffee and hot chocolate! 👌🏼

We had so much hassle trying to order a bed with a online retailer, first they sent the wrong bed then they could not collect it for two weeks.Then they could not deliver the correct bed for a month,we was always talking to someone in another country! Finally we decided to cancel the order after they changed the delivery date again. We went to our local Dreams store in Worthing, they were so helpful Chloe offered us tea or coffee on arrival. She showed us around the store and listened to what we wanted and advised us on the best deals we could have and all the options available to us. We decided on a new bed,got a great deal and first class service. Should of come here first will be back.

Chazz, the lady that served us was friendly, informative and patient. She offered our girls a hot chocolate whilst we looked at the different mattresses so they weren't bored, enabling us to take our time choosing the right mattress for us.
