Very professional. Listened to our needs then provided options to try and explained benefits of each option. Very helpful without being pushy.

The staff were helpful knowledgeable and very friendly. They spent time going through the products and option . They gave us the costs so that we could go away and decide on the options we would want to buy. We went back 2 days later and went through the options with Mark and then placed the order. We were not pressurised at any time and we very much appreciated the help and advice given. Mark even advised that due to health issues that I suffer from that we may be able to claim the VAT back which we had not realised. To the point that he made a three phone calls to colleagues to confirm what he thought was correct before giving us the forms to get completed by our GP. This is very much appreciated and the team at the Worthing store are a credit to Dreams. The contrast between the staff at Bognor and Worthing was very marked and we will return to Worthing in the future

chloe the sales assistant was extremely pleasant and helpful. All 3 sales assistants were a pleasure to talk to and friendly which is not always the case around the festive time of year in the retail sector.

Very friendly colleague, very knowledgeably and helpful, very good service would definitely go there again and recommend the store to others.

The knowledge our assistant had was very good and nothing was too much trouble for her, we were even given a cup of tea on entering the store.

The salesman Trevor was very informative and accommodating. Instead of just selling he took the time to listen to our needs and was understanding that we were on a budget and wanted the best quality for a reasonable cost.

All the staff were friendly left us to make our choice gave us assistance when needed and very helpfull in final purchase sorry sbout delay in delivery but not a problem for us.

Knowledgeable member of staff and we were able to have the bed we wanted with the ottoman option.

Allowed to browse and test various beds without being hassled by the assistant. He knew we were interested, and directed us to appropriate beds as I had specific needs for the new bed, i.e., back problems.
