We were given all the help and advice we required when asked and also given time to bounce test the mattresses without having a sales rep follow you round.

Chas the sales team member was brilliant, she was very professional without ever being pushy, she had great product knowledge and answered every question we had, and she gave very good advice. As a result we are thrilled with our new mattress and pillows. She is a credit to your organisation !!

Upon entering the store we were given a friendly welcome and introduced to your lovely sales assistant, Chloe, who quickly directed us to and talked us through, the options of mattresses that would satisfy our criteria.. She patiently answered all our questions and allowed us time to try out all the mattresses while we made our choice.. We were offered tea and coffee while we debated over the right mattress for us.. A most welcome touch on a chilly Sunday morning!! Having made our choice we were quickly and smoothly taken through the sale process, confirming a suitable delivery date and negotiating a free delivery and removal of our old mattress..we were delighted. We also purchased a pair of pillows that we had used to try out the in store mattresses. The whole experience was most positive and you are to be congratulated on your team at Worthing who were all busy that morning ensuring their customers had a dream-like experience trying out your mattresses!!

Given good assistance salesman very knowledgeable was able to answer all my queries. Wasn't rushed. The experience went very smoothly.

The assistant was helpful and full of knowledge about all items we where interested in. Also she was friendly and cheerful.

The assistant in the store was very friendly which was nice as we had rushed into the store after work to make sure we ordered before closing. The time the shop closed was near and this didn't seem to affect the servc E which was nice!

The assistant was helpful but not pushy. She knew what she was talking about and gave advice when I needed it but she was also happy to let me browse on my own.
