I felt the employee who helped us was very knowledgable and helpful. I felt there was a good range of products out and an offer which made the mattress much more affordable.

The store manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We did not feel hurried and it was a pleasant experience, when it has previously been quite stressful buying a bed.

We were greeted when entering the shop,asked if wanted a cup of tea.Not rushed left to browse mainly.When we needed help asked the assistants for help,all very knowledgeable,especially Trevor,who closed the sale,and offered us some discount,as we had previously bought a kingsize bed from the store and was served by Trevor before.He was very polite and friendly and did not push us into buying

I was served by Mark at your Worthing Branch, he was extremely helpful and courteous, and the whole transaction was completed in about 20 minutes.

I needed a single bed after giving up a double to make room for a hospital bed for my husband. The staff were very helpful in availability of product and delivery, which is what I needed. Now I can get of the camp bed... !

The sales assistant was polite but not pushy, he was able to explain the differences in the matresses and the type of ded we were looking for. At the end he explained all the payment methonds clearly and makes a good cup of coffee..
