Store had a very welcoming ambience. Beds were of very good quality and not as expensive as one would think. The staff were friendly and very helpful and there was a good variety of choices.

We bought a bed here before and it was excellent service so we didn't have any reservations on coming back. The assistant was very helpful and helped us to pick a bed for our spare room. He also gave us a date that suits us for delivery. Very pleased with the service that we got and would recommend Dreams to anyone.

When we attended the store in Worthing, we were assisted by Chloe who was the most helpful person we have met in a long time. She took the time and trouble to get the mattress that we wanted and also provided us with information regarding the product which was really useful. She was also 100% helpful in advising us about collection of our old mattress and the delivery of the new one.We could not have asked for a better service. Thanks to all the staff and in particular to Chloe for making our purchase not only easy but also pleasant.

The staff - manager and his assistant on our second visit - were well-versed in the products and offered assistance when requested; (they didn't crowd us out). The offers were good and they displayed a sense of humour, which was just the right touch.

I looked around the store. Then i was asked if i wanted any help, i was not rushed and Chloe was in depth about what she knew about mattresses. She was polite and friendly and not over the top .

The member of staff who assisted us with our purchase was called Mark, he was extremely helpful and had excellent product knowledge, he was able to identify our requirements and offered a range of choices to meet our needs. Mark was very professional and helpful and I would highly recommend him to others if they are uncertain of which bed to buy. Outstanding service.
