The Saleman Trevor was friendly, natural, knowledgeable and not too pushy. Seemed like a genuine bloke. :-)

Very pleased with efficiency, knowledge and friendliness of the staff even the girl who was not serving us. The price made it even more pleasant having been in two or three other stores.

Chloe served us in Worthing she is only 17 but she wiped the floor with staff in other bed shops. She was excellent and older than her years.

Our salesperson was very informative answering our question when required but giving us alone time to think and try out the products. And of course the coffee was very nice too! It was just like sitting down and chatting to a friend!
