Very professional approach that suited my wife and I. Given helpful guidance and information on the products we were interested in, given plenty of time and coffee (much appreciated). Trevor was friendly but business like. We liked the 30 night option. We were then offered a competitively priced deal and delivery dates to suit us. Felt we got really good service.

The American Lady who served me was amazing, really friendly chatty - customer service was excellent as was her product knowledge, I know that she was about to relocate to another store & I can honestly say she will be an asset, the other guys in Dreams Worthing store are all equally lovely & helpful - I went in twice before placing my order & although my order has not yet been received I am 99.99% sure I will not only shop again but recommend dreams to others. Well done!!
