Linda was absolutely amazing she new what she was talking about and was absolutely 100% dedicated to helping us find the right products we need. She was so friendly and kind absolutely lovely lady

When we were in the Dreams store in Worthing, the Manager was moving his stock. When I asked him a question on the bed sizes we were interested in he immediately dropped what he was doing and explained the different sizes, mattresses and different between small double and double bed. He found out stock and availability and took our order. It was a very simple purchase.

The lady who served us, Linda, was extremely friendly and very helpful! She gave us lots of advice as we were buying a mattress for a family friend. The order was quickly and easily placed. It was great service, we are thrilled.

The assistant understood exactly what I was looking for and was very helpful in the process.

Within five minutes of looking around the shop Linda came to assist me and made every effort to understand my budget and time contraints while giving me options to choose from and gave me full understanding on the guarantees with the product without feeling hassled or led to a decision I did not want despite my time contraint.

Mark the sales assistant was very helpful. He gave us the information we required without being too obtrusive and we did not feel pressured into buying anything, we had plenty of time to have a good look round and then made our desision when we felt ready. Mark was very adept on the computer as regards payment and it was very quickly dealt with. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Young girl that helped me choose a replacement mattress as I was changing one on the 40 day trial. She was very helpful. I was also impressed with her knowledge of the products as she was knew to the post.
