She also gave us very reasonable discounts and I have to emphasise that it was her attitude and professionalism that sealed the deal for us. I was very pleased with the assistance that we were given when choosing the right beds for us. As foster carers we needed new beds for our further children we hope to have to stay with us. We were able to have them delivered in good time. We were able to place our order by phone the next day after seeing them. The ordering service was very good and easy to do. We now look forward to having our beds delivered next week.

I had tried to order online but as I had just moved to Worthing and had contacted my bank with my new address, there was still a problem with my bank card. I then called Dreams in Worthing and your assistant Trevor tried to put my order through. Again, thus was unsuccessful, so I went to the store. Trevor was extremely helpful and we managed to place the order there and then

Kevin was polite and knowledgeable. He listened to what we wanted and showed us a range of mattresses to try. He discussed types of frames available within our budget and the items on offer. He made us a coffee and gave us plenty of time to peruse and test mattresses, including our daughter. We are very satisfied with our experience at Dreams, Worthing.
