Linda served us and she was excellent. Knowledgeable, very helpful and a credit to your store. We were going to look at other shops, but Linda was so good that we didn't need to go elsewhere.

Excellent customer service. Found the item we were looking for quickly. Linda made all the options clear without being "pushy". Whole process was made very easy and even had a cup of tea :-)

We were treated very politely and attentively without it seeming over the top. Although we know we were being sold to ( and, to be honest, we both dread having to deal with sales staff as they can be overbearing and pushy) we didn't feel pressurised - we felt like we were being listened to.

The location of the Worthing store is convenient for us, though not in the town centre. With the help of Linda, (whom we had met on a previous visit to the Horsham store), we were able to decide quickly on a suitable mattress. Linda was very informative, and guided us towards an appropriate purchase without being "pushy". The whole transaction was very smooth, friendly and relaxed.

Mark was highly professional, very helpful, friendly, funny and made the whole time we were in the store very enjoyable. We thought he was outstanding and 5/5 is not enough we give him 10/5 :D

The member of staff who served me was friendly and immediately showed me a catalogue containing the product I was after. She informed me we could order it and collect it from a different store, which was very helpful as I needed the product quickly.

The member of staff was polite, attentive, knowledgeable amd efficient.
