She wasn't pushy and gave us time to assimilate all of the alternatives and answered all the questions we had competently; overall, a very welcome change to have the attention of a very helpful member of the Dreams sales staff; a credit to your company.

We were greeted as we walked in the store and offered help straight away. We asked to be left to browse and we were. I then had a question about a bed frame and we started top be served by Linda who was very knowledgable and was able to meet our needs very quickly and give us a solution to our bed situation.
