Managed to discuss which bed I wanted and order it in under 25 mins.

The store assistant was friendly and inviting. He was extremely understanding and supportive of our needs. He gave us lots of options and discussed with us possibilities of other storage solutions that may suit our lifestyle. The selection was small but plenty to look around. The availability of the products was excellent and the choice of colours though a small range were perfect and complimentary to our room colours. The quality of the bed and the materials appeared very good.

Great customer service-very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable, quick service too and quick delivery compared to others I had been too! And cheaper too.

Trever the store manager was great, this was our 3rd visit to the store and he was never pushy, just helpful, a really nice guy ! good advise and helpful with a great sense of humour like me. My wife was a pain in choosing a bed, it took us weeks to get there, great customer service !!!!

Good friendly knowledgeable staff. Not pressurised, left to try mattresses without interference. An enjoyable experience.

we went into worthing store. greeted by trevor. very smart polite. told him what we were looking for. he pointed out the beds and left us to look around on our own. I picked a bed and explained that I suffered with back ache, and he advised knowledgble that the bed I CHOOSE DID NOT HAVE THE CORRECT SPRING SYSTEM AND EXPLAINED THE POCKET SPRING VERY WELL. we ORDERED THE MATTRESS STRAIGHT AWAY AND HE CONTACTED CRAWLEY SO WE WERE ABLE TO GO AND COLLECT. I HAD THE BEST NIGHTS SLEEP THAT I HAVE EVER HAD IN THE LAST 4 YEARS.I WOULD LIKE TO THANK TREVOR FOR HIS KNOWLEDGE, HELP AND ASSISTANCE. HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED. THANK YOU.

Linda my S.A was helpful, knowledgeable about the products and was able to advise me about the different types of springs in different types of mattresses which enabled me to make an informed choice.

As soon as I needed help, Mark was there to answer all of the many questions I needed answers too. He was friendly, polite and not once did I feel the usual "pushy salesman" from him. He explained things clearly and tried to accommodate everything I asked for,,including a few extras! Having just been to another shop to look at sofas where the staff were rude and disinterested I wasn't looking forward to bed shopping but Mark was an absolute pleasure and as such I brought my bed straight away despite only going to view. He literally went out of his way to please me and it has been highly noted and much appreciated.

I was happy with the assistance provided by Trevor on my visit. I had seen the mattress on line and decided to visit the store to make sure it was the right decision to purchase. I am pleased to have made the visit.
