Mark the salesman was very welcoming, very helpfull, very excellent customer service.

The good thing about our visit was being acknowledged when we entered. The member of staff that dealt with us waited until we were ready tc ask about a product. His knowledge was excellent, guiding us as to the suitability of the bed and which mattress would give the most comfort. We entered the store at just after half past five, by the time we had selected what we wanted it was close to the store closing time. Finalised the transaction just after 6pm. At no time were we pressured into a quick sale or made to feel like we were holding him up. I wouid not hesitate to recommend you to familly and friends.

We were offered assistance almost immediately, in a relaxed way, with no pressure being felt. I specified the properties we were looking for in new mattresses. We were shown some that suited us, and after being left alone to try them out, were able to order straight away. All in all a very pleasure able experience. Full marks.

The sales assistant was very helpful with giving us information about the beds and left us to have a look around but was there when we needed questions to be answer. we didn't feel rushed or pressured into buying.
