Sale staff were not pushy but available and helped with information about matress structure etc which was helpful. Not intrusive bit helpful

The assistant was able to identify the options available to us, one of which was in our price range and seemed good quality. We have to wait a little over a month for delivery but apart from that I could not wish for anything better.

The store was spotless. Linda was extremely helpful ,curteous and had great knowledge of all the products. I was impressed with the in store touch screen as it covered all the products you sell. In other stores I was invariably told to have a look on their website to access all their products. I do use the Internet but not everyone has access to it. Well done Dreams, I have already told family how impressed I was with the service I received.

Trevor, the assistant, gave us a little time after entered the store to make sure we were there to enquire or buy, and then spoke to us. He responded promptly to my description of my needs and concerns. He described the different mattresses available and invited me to test them out. He helped us decide about the base and headboard, and I was able to make my choice in a few minutes, choose a delivery date and pay the deposit.

Great service

The sales assistant, Linda, was very patient and helpful. She gave us tea, she helped us in every way to choose the correct mattress for our needs. We are 90 and 88 years old.

Lovely assistant - Linda - very knowledgeable and went out of her way to allow my mum to try the mattresses even with a pillow of mum's choice. Gave good advice on what was available and how the mattress was constructed. Explained everything regarding the cost, delivery etc. Excellent service

The store Manager that dealt with us did not rush us or keep bothering us,he asked us if we needed anything,and also if we`d like a cup of tea.When we didf need help,he was able to give all the information we needed.

The manager and his colleague were knowledgable, helpful and very courteous. The advice was entirely appropriate and I was fully satisfied bt my experience at the Worthing store.
