Checked store online then phoned shop for more info. Mark was very helpful made purchase easy for me could not go to Worthing store as difficult to park with a disbled partner looking forward to receive ing the goods

Mark, our purchasing assistant was very understanding about what type of mattress we were looking for. He gave us a lot of information about the mattress we were looking at and also gave us a comparison. Mark made us a cup of coffee and made us both feel at ease when trying out the mattess's. I kept calling him back to ask him further questions and that what a real bonus that we were able to test and try out the mattresses interested to us and I therefoe had questions that we wanted to ask and he was attentive but also made us feel that he was not breathing down our necks. Mark knew his products very well and this made us feel confident in our decision making

The Manager was excellent. The store is located in a very unsatisfactory area - no parking available, double yellow lines. The Manager moved his car in order to provide me with a parking space. I have no critism at all of the Manager. He dealt with a telephone order most professionally. The problem is the location of the store with no parking close by. It is obviously a tired run down building and a more suitable premises in central Worthing should be sought asap. It is full of beds and nothing else. Why. It should reflect your catalogue. i.e. Include bedroom furniture. Had I not bought 5 sets of chests of drawers from your Reigate store and been impressed by the delivery team I would not have not persisted in eventually visiting your Worthing store. I purchased a wardrobe so A your 2 for 3 sale offer did not apply. You should offer either 25% or 33% off as other companies do - be competitive! I cannot complete the questionaire questions relating to the product as I have not received it yet - the questionaire is a nonsense regarding this! Your property Director should visit Worthing and listen to what your local Manager has to say regarding increasing sales. Ringme
