We didn't know what kind of mattress we wanted and Linda showed us all options and explained benefits of each different one. And then let us go back and compare them more times so we were happy with our decision in the end.

Linda was knowledgeable about the products and spent time listening to what I wanted, as well as how much I wanted to spend. At no point did I fell under obligation to make a purchase and I was sure she had my best interests at heart. There was a good range of items, in this case mattresses and pillows, to investigate and I am returning today to buy bedroom furniture! That is how you know you are successful if customers return, is it not?

The assistant, Linda, was extremely helpful and was able to answer all of our questions. She was able to advise us on different types of mattresses and didn't pressure us into making a quick decision on our purchase.

When we arrived at the shop we wer greeted by Trevor He asked what we wanted explained the difference between the newer mattresses and the older Spring ones We were never pressured in to buying straight away but was available when we required his help

No sales pressure at any time, not rushed at any time, useful information was given when asked ordering was a simple matter.

Staff very knowlegable and you felt they had the time to spend with you and no pressure.

Mark was an excellent colleague in helping us to make our purchase, having understood are needs and advising on the best combination of products.

I was offered assistance as soon as I walked into the store and directed to the sort of mattress I was looking for. I was very happy with the price as there was 50% off. I dealt with Trevor who was very helpful.

The staff member we approached was highly knowledgable and quickly directed us to the size and style of mattress we were looking for. Despite initially looking for a frame and mattress, the member of staff gave advise that eventually led to purchasing (and being very impressed with!) an ottoman style divan bed, as this actually fit our needs better than our original request. We were not hassled, or given a 'hard sell' - and were given all the information we needed to go away and think about our purchase. On returning, the same member of staff was keen and available to help us complete the purchase. A* service, and the whole compliment of staff helped out, making tea and being very sociable as went through the motions of placing the order (just as the store was meant to close!).
