Mark was really helpful. He offered assistance where needed but didn't hover too much or follow us about like some sales people in other shops. He was knowledgeable and courteous in helping me find what I was looking for. He even made us a cup of tea which was really nice as I'd used all my energy testing out the matresses!

From the moment we walked into the store we were greeted by staffed and helped on our journey of finding a new mattress, My husband and I both suffer with different back problems and finding a mattress to suit both our needs we thought was going to be a really hellish task, However the staff were fantastic and the process didn't take us long at all.

The salesperson 'Linda' was very efficient, good humoured and not at all pushy, which ticks all my boxes ! All the items I wanted were in store and being that I was on a deadline, ticked another box for me, I actually left the store with more than I went in for, I was shown a good deal on pillows and a duvet that was too good to pass. All in all, Linda and Dreams ....................... WELL DONE !

the gentleman who served me was very friendly and helpfull. and he understood what i needed and wasnt at all pushing.

The lady who dealt with us was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. we were made very welcome and all our questions were answered. This is the second time we have purchased a bed from this particular shop.

We found the assistant very helpful but was not in your face. Let you look round at our own pace but was available when required.

All of the staff were exceptionally helpful, we visited the previous day to look and ask questions. Due to the helpfulness and non pushy support we returned to purchase the item even though it turned out to be more expensive product. Also the 8 year protection

We were looking for a high quality matress, and we found this in a short period of time, with a lovely help, and our daughter was really happy to participate in this activity, and I got a wonderful pillow to relax my neck. Thanks, kind regards.
