The man who served us was very helpful but not pushy. He explained everything to us and left us to have a look. When we asked his advice he was very knowledgeable.

Linda was great and really helped us with the questions we had..buying a bed is expensive and also quite a confusing experience! But having done a lot of research already and having visited two other bed stores we found DReams to be the best in terms of friendliness and value for money..THe cups of tea and coffee were a nice touch too!

Assistants were very helpful when asked, but we were allowed to browse without being hassled. Good selection of goods with a wide variety of prices. Payment & delivery dates easily arranged. Phone call received giving 2 hr slot on day of delivery & old mattress taken away as promised. All in all a painless process (apart from parting with the money that is!!) I would certainly recommend the firm to other people.

I saw Trevor in Worthing Dreams last week and obtained information to tell my daughter. I went in today to order 2 Single beds and mattresses to be delivered on a specific date to a Chichester address. Trevor made the call to my son-in-laws mobile phone so that he could make the payment. This help was greatly appreciated as I am 82. Trevor confirmed the beds were available and would be built in the relative bedroom on the date requested. We had a very pleasant conversation and I was pleased he was there when I returned today. The Validation Code is 076.
