Dreams - Worthing

We were really pleased that we decided to go to the Worthing store as the service that we received was superb. Mark was exceedingly polite and helpful. He provided cups of coffee, which we really appreciated and there was no sales pressure, only help and guidance. Once the decision on the products we wished to purchase had been made, he immediately confirmed availability and the delivery date. A truly enjoyable experience. Thank you.

No pressure from Dreams colleague. Knowledgeable about products and was available when I needed more information. I was able to freely try beds/mattresses and browse the store without any pressure

Sale staff was friendly and chatty and wasn't there for the hard Sale!

Good service not at all pushy

I can't rate Mark the sales assistant highly enough. He was so helpful right from the minute I walked into the store. He was so helpful explaining all the different types of mattresses without being pushy.He then left me alone to try out all the beds and even offered me a coffee. Once I had made my decision we sat down and went through the paperwork which he went through step by step with me. Some stores you go into you are made to feel very intimidated but I did not feel that at all at this store. Brilliant service.

From the minute I walked into the store I was made to feel very welcome. I was greeted by Mark who asked if I needed any help. I had an idea what type of bed I was looking for but asked for some advice on the different mattresses.. The knowledge that Mark had on this was amazing. He then said I will leave you to try them out and didn't once push me towards the most expensive ones. He even offered me a coffee. Once I had made my decision we did the paperwork and he explained step by step my invoice. I would thoroughly recommend the Worthing store.

Sales advisor stayed after closing time to complete our order as the system was playing up. He was very helpful and friendly and explained everything clearly for us. So grateful for all his help and assistance.

The sales assistant Linda was friendly , approachable and had good product knowledge . Despite being on her own in the store and dealing with other customers too she returned to us from time to time to let us know we hadn't been forgotten.
