the staff were friendly, helpful and informtive. I had visited the store 1 week previoulsy and was so impressed that I decided to return there and make my purchases. Also it is my local store and if I can I like to support them.

Good store layout and a lift for the disabled mobility scooter to allow my wife easy access. Very helpful assistant called Mark who new the business. He even worried about a parking attendant that was hovering outside even though we had the blue badge displayed.Everything was very clean and tidy. It was an excellent experience Thank You

We were greeted by Linda at your Worthing store who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. But it was her customer service that was just exceptional. She gave us time to think without being pushy and made the whole experience very pleasurable. A lot of store could learn a lot, especially ‘Carpetright’ who we had visited earlier. The ordering process was clear and precise and Linda even highlighted the key facts for me to check before processing it. I would not hesitate in recommending Dreams to our friends and when we need another new bed, Dreams will be the first on the list to visit.

The most important part of any transaction is the skill of the retailer and the way that they put you at ease. And I felt completely at ease and helped really well through the whole process.
