I sorted out which mattress I wanted with the help of staff member,he was very apologetic that he was unable to take my order, as power was out in shop, so no computers.He took my order, and phone number, and said he would ring back in afternoon, he rang back at 5pm that evening when computer was working . Then when he went to go get card machine, he found that was not working. Poor man this was a Sunday ,by now it was 6 p m and he asked if he could ring back in the morning, to take payment details I told him that would be fine. Which he did first thing Monday morning where we completed the sale. I felt so sorry for chap he must have had a very trying day. But through out it all he was cheerful and polite,an asset to your shop.
