The sales lady, Linda, was extremely kind and helpful. She had exceptional knowledge of the products and very helpful to us in making a decision. I felt totally valued and can honestly say that it was her who played the greatest part in us making the choices we did.

We first saw the materess at Tunbridge Wells branch were Marlon was very helpful.

Trevor understood our needs once explained and was able to help us make the most relevant and practical choice to suit us. He wasn't pushy and gave us some options and time to think. It is great to. Have a Saturday delivery and pretty quick - well, hasn't arrived yet, but experience so far - all good. I would have liked a larger range of headboards to choose from as limited in 4ft and price. However, overall really pleased an efficient and pleasant experience.

We were a little unsure about the possible options available, but we were given very good advice. Nothing was too much trouble. We were served by Trevor who had expert knowledge and made our purchase easy and stress free. We had no intention of buying a bed today, but the deal was a good one and we are very happy with our choice. Also the fact that you can return it in 40 days if you are not happy with it makes you feel more confident.

Great combination of giving us privacy but also making sure if we had any questions or concerns that we would not have to go looking for her
