Dreams - Worthing

I went to Dreams in Worthing having been recommended by a friend, and was told to ask for Linda. She was one of the most thorough and helpful salesperson I have ever met. Very friendly, able to help myself and friend at the same time and gave great advice. I was dreading having to buy a new matress, but Linda made the whole experience great. My particular thanks to her.

We were greeted on arrival and, when we said we just wanted to look round, were left in peace to do just that. When we ready for assistance, Trevor was most helpful. No hard sell: just readiness to explain all our options.

Linda was very knowledgeable, easy to deal with and took away our questions to get answers.

The staff member Mark was very good. He had good product knowledge and the correct balance of assistance when needed and leaving us alone to consider an expensive purchase in our own time. After visiting Bensons For Beds to compare, I found their offer better than Dreams offers but decided to return to Dreams purely because Mark was so good.

The ease of choosing mattress due too the colour scheme based on type of mattress. Assistants all helpful, especially Linda (Worthing branch) who helped in completing the transaction. Felt at ease the whole time. Happy to come back.
