Dreams - Worthing

Sales staff were excellent and their product knowledge was superb. I run a sales team and would be more than happy to have either of the chaps in the Worthing branch working for me.

I was instantly asked if I needed assistance and all my questions were answered. He was incredible helpful.

The salesman ( Mark) was very knowledgeable on the subject and answered all our question. There was no pressure from him to secure a sale and the whole process was carried out in an informative and relaxed manner. We would certainly go back to the store if we require and further bedding requirements. We spent a considerable time in the store choosing the right bed for our needs and were guided by Mark at every stage to eventually arriving at a satisfactory purchase. At no time was Mark hovering in the background and we were left to make up how minds, however, he was on hand only when we needed answers.

Good range of different mattresses and pillows. Very friendly staff and service was excellent. Happy to help and advise on different options. Even offered us a hot drink. Easy transaction and everything was explained clearly. We are very happy with our selection as we did also have the option of shopping at a nearby bed store but felt the service and advice given in Dreams was better.

Shop was quiet so sales person had plenty of time with us to explain different types of beds and mattresses, overall very good.

In a nutshell: competent, friendly and professional. In detail: from entering the shop to leaving i felt really good, the shop assistant was excellent, not too overbearing but not ignoring me either - an excellent mix which I have not really experienced a lot in other shops. Also the knowledge of the products and taking time to explain and answer all my questions. - Thank you

Good choice of beds. Liked the colour coding of bed types. Assistant on hand for advice as needed. Plenty of time to browse and try different mattresses to suit our needs.

My self and my husband were very happy with our visit to your dreams store the staff were very friendly and helpful and we soon found the bed we were looking for, would recommend your store to any friends or relatives

Mark instore was helpful & very patient while i made my decision, he looked online to try and find a match to a matress i had seen in another bed shop and reduced the price for me and even threw in free insurance and a free matress protector. Jim & Joe who delivered and built my bed were friendly and polite and went above and beyond when they carried my argos delivery upstairs for me when it was clearly to heavy for me to manage. Big thanks all round!! :0) x
