It was a good service but not quite enough to say highly

The store has a slightly tired feel to it and its not the best of locations

Worthing store very tired and needs refurbishment.

Satisfied is good enough... I have put at least one 'Highly Satisfied'

I didn't get a message the day before to say my order was arriving early. I was still in my pj's and only just had time to get the old mattress ready because the driver called me to say he would be there in 30 mins. Other than that everything else was great.

We were happy trying beds on our own and assistants were readily available if we had any questions but they let us get on wirh it. Mattress not with us yet but we have cover for our old one and a firm delivery/removal date next month. I did get home and worry that I hadn't tested new one thoroughly enough or asked the pertinent questions (ie. Will our new mattress be ok on a slatted bed?) But I am a worrier.

Tried to haggle a cheaper price,don't ask you don't get,but not even entertained. Supposed to be the sales season lol.

Because I have not had the opportunity to sleep on my new mattress at home I cannot say that I am highly satisfied, at this stage. Ask me in a couple of months time!

The price of some products were rather high.

Availability of stock. Misquoted delivery date. Initially advised bed with the option of a sliding door would be delivered in 6 days but only if we opt for beige, not our preferred choice but accepted as the delivery time was good. At the time of placing the order some 15 minutes later we were advised that the delivery would now be 15 days on the beds and headboards will follow 7 days after that, still with the beige option.
