Showroom OK but have been to a lot better

We came to Dreams because of the tv advertising offering a sale. The bed frame we chose wasn't in the sale apparently, but we were told there would be a saving on the mattress, but when we chose our mattress apparently that wasn't in the sale either. As we had spent time meticulously choosing our bed and mattress we then didn't want to compromise on what we'd chosen. So was disappointed that we weren't offered any savings as per the Dreams advertising, it was as though the staff knew we had already decided on what we wanted and therefore we would have to pay full price. The only concession we got was taking our old mattress away for.

Beds were slightly more expensive than I had hoped.

Highly satisfied is a very difficult thing to quantify. Everything was fine. It was the first store we visited and therefore have no others to compare with. We may have found it cheaper somewhere else, but in this busy life it as easier to do it all in one go.

I phoned Dreams store at Worthing and placed an order. Trevor was superb in taking my order for Mrs Zamanakos. However when delivered on time it was marked and pallet damaged and had to be replaced the following week. This has been done
