The range of mattresses was smaller than I thought - I did make a purchase but I am not totally confident in my choice.

I won't know whether or not the product is great value until it is delivered. There was not one in store to see.

Assistant was fairly through with explaining mattresses. Did not feel rushed or intimidated by his approach.

We purchased an item which was on display and although the price was negotiated down, it was still more expensive than any of your competitors and we bought because we were given a guaranteed delivery date that met our needs although the price was £50 more than a local competitor.

As a working couple we would have preferred to have been able to either take the product away at the time, or at least to request a delivery/date time. As it happened I was off work sick on the delivery day, but we had had to arrange for a relative to be available all day as we didn't know until the morning what time it would be delivered. This is no reflection on the Worthing store, and the staff member was as helpful as he could be.
