Tempur mattresses are expensive I know, but I would have preferred a lower price

I phoned the store because I was told online that delivery would be six to eight weeks for a basic mattress and I required it sooner. The lady online was really helpful but had to ring me back later because the computer system for Dreams went down and she couldn't do the order.

Website fail, order expired with being contacted then Canfield and not being told then having to pay more for the product

Called your sales line, service and attitude was terrible person didnt listen was negative and told me ito go to local branch where item would definately be in store to view and best to go there. When i did, it wasnt in Stock. helpful staff redeemed situation bit it took 5 or 6 calls to get some simple dimensions for the mattress height of the bed i was interested in

No problems with the branch itself really. But the next day after ordering I rang the branch as wanted to change mattress from orthopaedic to firm. Mark gave me number of customer services. I rang Customer Services 5 times during the day & each time I was told (by automated voice) that they were busy & to ring back later. So couldn't get thru to them at all. Rang branch (Worthing) to complain & Mark then took ownership of the problem & sorted out the change of order for me. So due to probs with contacting Customer Services & branch not initially sorting problem for me- I cannot rate it "highly satisfied". If Mark hadn't taken ownership later on- I would have rated it "dissatisfied".
