Service was ok, not sharp and though. Product knowledge was not great and all colleagues not happy and friendly.

We had some confusion having looked at the bill. It seemed that the discounts did not quite add up. We were very happy with the excellent customer service however.

Cannot fault mark who served us, excellent salesman and a pleasure to deal with. The reasons for my answers is I cannot say highly satisfied with product quality if I am yet to receive them and only time will tell how good the quality really is.

My son moved into a flat but needed a bed and mattress but we found that although the mattress was available the bed was not and it would take two weeks delivery. As no other store within 30 miles had the bed we were after it was suggested that we go to the warehouse in Crawley to pick one up. Sadly due to driving 200 miles and not enough time available to us we could not undertake that task, so at the moment the mattress is being used on the floor without a bed frame so we are trying to sort availability.

The salesman remained seated at a desk when I was asking questions this desk was at a higher level than the beds I was looking at. During the completion of the paperwork I was told that on delivery the bed would be assembled and all packaging would be removed, however on the emailed confirmation of the order it states that assembly is not included.

I ordered a small double mattress from the Worthing store, I needed one delivered in the next week and was told this would be delivered today, Tuesday 18th October. I paid in full in store and received a text on Monday 17th October confirming delivery on Tuesday 18th October. I then received a voicemail on Monday 17th October in the afternoon saying that there was a mistake with my order and they in fact didnt have my item in stock and to contact Customer Service - no telephone number was given for Customer Service. I called the store back and they said they didn't understand as the order system had allowed them to place the order and they would call despatch. They then called me back and confirmed there was a mistake. I asked for my money back as I needed the item in the next 7 days and was told to call Customer Care for a refund. Customer care confirmed my money would be returned in 5-10 working days - way too long. Very unhappy customer, I will not use Dreams again and have had to order the item from another supplier.

Not told of delay in delivery until last detail completed and we sill do not know delivery date.a £2000 order delayed as you cannot supply one item.this is appalling.

The shop assistant Linda was very helpful. Her knowledge of the products was excellent. We weren't hurried in making our purchase and made us feel very welcome. We were going to go away and think about our purchase, but Linda made us a cup of tea so we didn't have the leave the shop. During the sale she told us she was from the USA and how she liked living here in England and our British sense of humour that she really loves. Everything was explained to us clearly and also the time frames involved as to when we would get our new mattress. Good customer service all round.
