Under the current circumstances the Staff were up to standard with safety precautions, hygiene and social distancing.The sales person who dealt with us was knowledgeable, friendly and knew what we were looking for and gave us recommendations to bed comfort and type .Gave advice and we bought the mattress within our affordable budget.The salesperson was also aware of other people in the store and their impact on our visit.

Went into the Brierley Hill store, West Midlands Was greeted by the assistant, ( Dee ) she was very noligiable and efficient. We were assessed for comfort on the electronic comfort bed analyser, from there we were shown a selection of mattreses and pillows, we were not rushed at all, and were offered a drink while we made our choice,

I was given all the advise I needed and all aspects - the mattress, divan, guarantee, were explained fully to me. I was served as soon as I entered the store and it was a very positive and friendly experience.
