Staff in store were very helpful and efficient, we had our family waiting in the car so on a short timescale and they were great and processed our order quickly but gave the attention too. Great service!

we were shopping for 2 ladies with learning disabilities and the man that served us Abs was very patient and understanding with them he made their day by making them a hot chocolate. A very positive shopping experience.

Me and my partner visited the store to buy our first mattress. We had no idea what we looking for with very little knowledge. We were pleasantly greeted and took through all the different types of mattress and what would suit us best. The two members of staff were brilliant!! Lots of knowledge! Very friendly!! We left with a mattress and a headboard and two very happy customers.

The dreams colleague Abs, was very friendly & knowledgeable. He helped us choose the right pillows from a vast array, by asking lots of question's & then suggesting we physically test the best candidates on a bed. We also asked questions about mattresses & beds with storage facility's, & although we explained, we weren't looking to purchase a mattress or bed today, but would be in the near future, the colleague Abs led us to the sleep match machine which confirmed that we need a firm mattress - good to know when we do buy. he also showed us various options for bases with storage & headboards. it was time well spent. he was informative without being pushy a welcome change to some retail outlets! we will definitely be back soon.

Although our item of choice was showing as no longer in stock, we managed to still order what we wanted and get a mattress as well within our budget. Could not be happier with the service provided.
