Jagdeep was a very very helpful salesman, he took into account what we wanted along with our price range and he managed to find us the perfect bed within that range. He explained the differences between conventional beds and newer styled beds and explained why one was better than another. He showed us a full range of beds suited to our needs from a low price point up to the higher prices and everything in between until we were happy with a particular mattress which he did us a good deal on that AND a bed frame at the same time. He also took the time to help us tweak how we sleep to keep a better posture. Jagdeep could literally not do anything else he was brilliant and we will certainly recommend him when people ask where we bought ours from.

Excellent customer service. We were approached and acknowledged as soon as we entered the store then left to browse the mattresses freely. We were then shown a range of different mattress options and each product was explained in detail. Staff weren’t pushy which was nice. We have been very impressed with the service and our purchases - we are already planning to go back for a new spare room mattress.

Kelly was helpful and friendly. There was no pressure to purchase and she gave us time to discuss things between ourselves. She listened to what we were saying and helped us make a decision. And makes a cracking cup of coffee.

Daniela was very helpful. I knew which mattress I wanted as I researched it thoroughly online beforehand and had referred to the Which consumer guide as well. Was very impressed by the Mumsnet Kindred mattress and I'm looking forward to receiving it and sleeping on it at home. We tried the computer animated mattress experience and it was fun, even though I didn't order what was recommended as I'd already decided on the one recommended by Which.
