Dee greeted us on arrival and offered us drinks Friendly and informative very patient to allow us time to make our decisions.Discussed all the options without us feeling any pressure.

We visited the store a week before just to have a look at your bed frames. After we measured the room we went back on the 2.2.20 and decided to by the frame.DEE was very welcoming and helped up with our purchase.

We were greeted on arrival at the store by Sam. She was very friendly and immediately knew what we needed when we told her our criteria. She pointed us directly at the perfect bed for us, described its functionality and build quality. I asked for a tape measure and she produced one straight away without any fuss. Really very impressed with the service I’ve received today!! Jagdeep was so knowledgable and friendly ! He allowed me plenty of time to view the beds and try them out with different pillows etc! He really knew his products and was easily able to explain the differences in each range. I wasn’t particularly looking to buy today or spend so much but the service in this store won me over and I’m so pleased I popped in!
