We had amazing help from staff - who were all friendly and even offered us a drink. We we're given helpful advice about finding the perfect bed and mattress for the best price. We we're helped mostly by Jag, who helped me find a wonderful bed and mattress, and even showed me other products which I loved and we're perfect for me.

We were served Jagdeep (Arsenal fan). He gave excellent Customer service, very helpful and polite. He went above and beyond in helping us and brilliant overall experience we received. We could not fault him and we were highly satisfied with him. Would recommend dreams to anyone.

Nothing was too much trouble for Jenny who was very professional and amiable. We came with my mother who is 98 who also made a purchase and her patience was endless.

We came in to buy a spare room mattress options were explained and we had a mattress out of the sale .. we tried sleep match and the next week we purchased a superior mattress for our daily use on our own bed too . Felt all was explained well
