Dreams - Brierley Hill

Really happy with knowledgeable staff within the store. Our mattress was delivered when they said it would be. The only thing was price for delievry which I think should be free :)

Got great help and advice from store colleague Abs. He was patient and spent time helping pick my purchase. Great attitude and very friendly.

Jenny was wonderfully patient with is over my mom's needs....she is 98 and has very specific requirements. She was very reassuring and explained everything very well to her in a friendly manner.

Staff very helpful as it's for my disabled daughter and nothing was too much trouble

The customer service we received was outstanding. Right from the start we were made to feel extremely welcome and encouraged to discuss what we were looking for. All of the product were explained to us fully so that we could understand the benefits and differences between them. We were served by Sam who was very friendly and helped us find what we were looking for within our budget. We had our little boy with us at the time who was getting very bored of looking at mattresses as we'd been to other stores too - the manager did an amazing job of entertaining him so that we could focus on viewing the options. There's no other store I've ever visited that took this level of time and care to make sure we were happy with everything. I will definitely recommend Dreams and specifically the Brierley Hill branch to anyone I know looking to buy beds or mattresses in the future.

The items we wanted to look at which were Children’s bunk beds were in the shop so our daughter was able to try them out and we could see clearly size etc Staff were very friendly and helpful

The sales person who assisted us with our purchase was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. We have a guide dog who was also warmly welcomed by the team.

On arrival we were greeted by friendly happy staff. When approached we were looked after immediately by Dee. Explanation of products was very good Dee had excellent product knowledge. We were tested for what was a suitable fit for us. We then asked to see all tempur mattresses again customer service was excellent explaining the product as we got comfy on the bed. Other members of staff were interacting with us when we were near them. This just added to an excellent purchase experience. We had no problem purchasing from Dreams excellent products and excellent customer service. We were happy we got money off the mattress and a bonus had 2 lovely pillows free with our purchase!!! The order was processed quickly and were able to split payments cash and card very flexible. Again being thanked as we left. A fabulous customer experience by a lovely team thank you !,,
