Dreams - Brierley Hill

We were served by Jenny who was that wonderful combination of being a) knowledgeable b)courteous c)not too pushy...and....humourous! We were greeted warmly and offered a hot drink before we began our inspection of the mattresses on offer too.

The service we recieved was second to none. We were first helped by a gentleman, unfortunately I can't remember his name but he offered us a hot drink and showed us what we wanted. We were then helped by Sam who was amazing. She put us on the mattress helper to see what our bodies would prefer and then showed us to the mattresses and others. Both these colleagues are a credit to the company.

It was the first time i had visited dreams in a few years. The initial was to look at a matress for my son who was moving into his flat. We first visited just before closing time. The customer service was outstanding and i am a customer service manager. The staff are friendly but not pushy. Made to feel very welcome although it was near closing time. We went away to think and had no problems in deciding that we wanted to make the purchase. 1 because of the deal but a big bonus was the way we were treated and welcomed to the store. Abs. Jenny and Dee were just lovely. Very knowledgable and i would have no hesitation in recommending dreams brierley hill.

The Lady who dealt with my order ( Jenny ) was fantastic and a credit to your company.I can't praise her enough .

Have always received the same 1st class attention when purchasing from Dreams. Always visit the store for all purchases and never ordered from Dreams on line.

From when we entered the store in Brierley hill we were greeted and from start to finish of our purchase was smooth and professional and very friendly made the vist a nice experience

Decent range to choose from. We had an idea of what we wanted but had some good deals with end of line stock and sale items, as well as some good freebies. Staff were happy to help and very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very easy to navigate the store.
