The salesman was very helpful in guiding me to the correct product and helping in making sure the mattress was the most suitable for my requirements.

Friendly, efficient and helpful. Used diagnostic bed to find what sort of mattress we need, was given pillows and disposable pillow protectors, was given a drink. Purchased the mattress that the staff member suggested. The mattress was a good price and given a delivery date of less than a week.

Jenny was very attentive yes giving time for us the think and make a decision without any pressure. Very sensitive to the well being of my aging mother during our visit. Very good.

I ordered 2 beds that says it all

I was expecting to be talked into buying a more expensive product but the team were not pushing for sales,both Abs and Jenny were letting me take the lead on what I wanted,they listened and were informative,the sleep machine was also very useful

We found Jenny to be extremely helpful in the Brierley Hill store, she understood our requirements and informed us to use the SleepMatch to get a better understanding of what type of mattress we needed, she remained helpful throughout our visit and gave us the best deal she possibly could. They didn't have one of the pillows we needed so this was ordered in to store the next day. Jenny could not of done any more for us, she was extremely helpful.

The sales assistant came to me when I entered the store and asked if she could help with my purchase. She was very friendly and had good product knowledge finding what I wanted straight away. The ordering and delivery arrangements was done quickly and efficiently.

Heather was brilliant. Listening to all our needs. Gave us a coffee and even offered another one. Her knowledge of all products was brilliant. The price was more than what i wanted to pay but the quality of products and service from Heather sold it to me.

Jennifer was absolutely fantastic, she was fun, friendly and made buying a 3k bed enjoyable, I just cried after I left and realised what I'd spent lol, she was great though, she set up all the finance for me and was very informative, slightly upset the bed frame I was after won't be delivered till next year and we're getting the mattress earlier but I do get how supply and demand works
