Provided advice of what mattress we required from going on the test bed Kelly provided us with everything we needed to know regarding the mattresses which helped us make our decision

On entering the store we were greeted by a lovely man who asked us if we would like a hot drink then we were asked if we needed assistance but told him we were just browsing we did not get harassed or followed around the store just told if we needed help to call him (which I loved) when we found what we wanted we were seen to straight away so it was a pleasant visit

Staff were very friendly and knowledgable.

The staff made the experience nice and easy without “forcing sales” and annoying you while you were looking.

I was extremely satisfied with Jennifer’s help in store. She wanted to know all the things that were important to me and gave her knowledge to me to enlighten me in other ways which helped complete my choice.

I visited Dreams twice before deciding to make a purchase and firstly saw Kelly, then Jag. I had no idea what type of mattress I required but Kelly & Jag were extremely patient, polite, friendly, patient, knowledgeable & totally professional in their attitude & guided me through the process to make me feel at ease. This resulted in me buying a base, mattress with a protector & two pillows. The process was seemless & I had a fabulous experience from start to finish. Kelly & Jag are both an asset to the Company. Kelly and Abs, helped through the whole process of us buying our new bed. from the moment we walked into the store, we were made to feel, very welcome and very important.

upon entering the store i was greeted and offered a hot drink, Very welcoming in the middle of winter. what i was looking for i found on display, Jenny the salesperson had indepth knowledge of the furniture that i was looking at, She was very patient and offered excellent constructive advice to which helped me arrive at my decision to buy this product , I'm aware that Dreams is a well known brand, Quality is always guaranteed with such a brand name, But it really was the enthusiasm of the sales team to which were all so friendly, Finally real people to whom i can speak with rather than the usual scripted salepeople i unfortunatly end up speaking with,( i usually throw in a question off the beaten track just to catch these people off guard!!!) So in conclusion Dreams came up tops, The tea was spot on, we also ate quality street i'm pretty sure i could have had my dinner there, such wonderful staff, really are a credit to the company, The manager, apolagies forgot your name, you were so honest with me, i really did appreciate that.
