Dreams - Brierley Hill

Welcomed into the store, asked if we needed any help by Jagdeep. We were looking for a new mattress, were told about and used the sleepmatch system and then shown the different mattresses that had been matched to us, got to try them all with different pillows as well. Given tips on things to do sleeping in different positions to get a more comfortable night sleep. Decided on which mattress to purchase, everything explained thoroughly by Jagdeep. Nice friendly guy and brilliant service.

Dee was fantastic, everyone friendly, didn’t feel rushed. They made me a cup of tea and offered me a chocolate, just really comfortable being in store. I told Dee about my cancer issues and what I would need to help me and she went above and beyond to make sure I was fully informed and advised, didn’t feel pressured or pushed.

Abs, the store manager at the Brierley Hill store, was very attentive to our needs. We had very little idea of what we actually wanted from a bed, Abs was very quick to show us the entire range of mattresses that Dreams offer. Abs then took us to the Dreammatch machine to find us our perfect mattress. We left the store to think about what we wanted to purchase and were put under absolutely no pressure by anyone in the store to buy there and then. Upon returning to the store, Abs noticed us straight away and once again offered his help. This time, we knew what we wanted and so Abs took some details down and passed them onto his sales colleague, Kelly. While we were waiting we were also offered hot chocolate by another member of staff in the store. Kelly made the buying process fun and made sure we understood everything by being very thorough. We purchased the extra insurances that came with the bed as we fully understood it’s worth. We left the store with big smiles on our faces and the whole process was made very exciting by Abs and Kelly. Thank you very much!

Upon entering the store was greeted with professionalism and allowed to wonder before seeking assistance. Our salesperson was amazing even getting a toy for our 1 year old to play with whilst we used the analysis set up. Warm and friendly the first time we've visited Dreams and now would not go anywhere else. The delivery was amazing nothing to much trouble and a credit to the company.

After checking mattress compatibility on Sleepmatch Jag went through the different mattress options explaining pros and cons of all of them. He really looked at what was best for us and it never felt like he was just trying to make a sale. Excellent customer service i would recommend anybody wanting to buy a new bed to visit the Merryhill branch of Dreams and to speak with Jag for his unbiased advice.

As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted and asked if we needed assistance. All staff were quick and efficient in answering questions and processing our order.

Sam, who served us, was very helpful with our purchase. All staff were friendly and offered us a hot drink - customer service was very good. Pleased with the product range available to browse.
