Dee was very helpful and knowledgeable whilst we were choosing a new mattress. She showed us lots of mattresses because me and my husband wanted different levels of firmness. We found one that was medium and also supportive

I recently moved to Dudley from Birmingham due to work I work not far from the store and has always thought to go have a look when I needed a bed as I drive past most days, I went in today for the first time to have a look, I walked in and a customer was at the entrance he asked are going to buy a bed I laughed as had no plans to but he said me and my wife and I bought a bed here 10 years ago and I am back to tie down another 10 years, then he said oh here’s a staff coming her name is Kelly she knows everything here, I introduced myself to Kelly explain my situation she however was with a customer but she outlined the store to me and where to find what she think will be the area I am looking for, offer me cup of cup of hot chocolate 20 minutes later I was leaving smiling thinking of that customer I met and looking forward to my 10 next years, Kelly comeback by that time I was into my hot chocolate sitting on a bed, found my liking and was ready to order.

On Tuesday December 3 2019 I bought a Maitland ad mattress and Woodstock Frame Base. The delivery was excellent; Following this service we decided to by a further mattress from you on Thursday inst. The service we received on this visit was again excellent. Parking was no problem the store was well lit and the exhibition of beds etc. was outstanding. We were not kept waiting and the whole process was conducted in a well authorized manner.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a new bed as we have just bought a home together. Quite honestly, we had looked online and we had no idea what we were looking for. So we thought we would go to our nearest dreams store for help. Jenny approached us while we were looking around store, and offered us to use the sleepmatch bed tool. So Jenny set us up and we completed using the tool. It gave us a list of beds and told us which bed would be great for us. This was really helpful! Jenny was great, she was so friendly and knowledgeable. She showed us beds that were expensive and then lower priced beds. When we talked about our budget, she gave us a couple of options. I found this experience to be great, I highly recommend Merryhill Dreams! We went away (purely to decide and because my boyfriend was hungry - typical!) and I returned to purchase it. It was a quick and easy order, I had a gentleman who spoke with me too - he was lovely also!

I have never experienced such excellent know how, and politeness during the whole time I was instore. ABS took time describing the product, its best functionality for the age group I was purchasing for. ABS was not a pushy salesperson and provided genuine knowledge of beds. I am confident I will revisit this store in the New year for a further bed purchase. Further, all the staff were very nice, and I even had a cup of tea with them.
